MTW grinding  Working principle:

During operation, large pieces of materials are crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, and then sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the main machine grinding chamber for grinding by the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The grinded materials are sent to the powder concentrator for grading by the air flow of the fan. Under the action of the impeller of the powder concentrator, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for grinding again. The materials that meet the fineness requirements flow through the air pipe into the cyclone collector for separation and collection. The finished powder is discharged by the discharge device. The separated air flow enters the fan through the return air pipe at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The system is a closed circuit circulating system and operates under positive and negative pressure.
