PPC air box pulse dust remover can be combined with a variety of different specifications of dust removers according to different specifications of solenoid valves. PPC gas box pulse dust remover can operate under negative pressure or positive pressure, and its body structure has no change. The dust concentration of purified gas is less than 100mg/m3. If PPC pulse dust remover is used in cold areas or when the flue gas is below zero, it is necessary to add thermal insulation heating device, and the shell should also be changed accordingly .

Structure of PPC  pulse dust collector:

1. Box: including bag room, pre-dust collection room, air purification room, perforated plate, filter bag and filter bag framework. The cabinet is designed to withstand 9000Pa.


2. Injection system: including main gas pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve and control instrument.


3. There are two forms of ash hopper and ash discharge part: one is that the ash hopper is directly connected with the ash discharge valve, and the other is that the ash hopper is connected with the ash discharge valve through conveying equipment (such as screw conveyor).


PPC air box pulse dust remover is a kind of bag type dust remover with chamber structure assembly. The chamber top pulse valve is used to carry out the pulse dust removal (so-called offline dust removal) of the air box pulse dust removal in each chamber in turn. It is different from the soot cleaning of the general jet dust remover. The jet pulse soot cleaning is to only spray each row of filter bags in the same filter room for soot cleaning (so-called online soot cleaning), while the other rows of filter bags are still filtered. That is, dust removal and filtration are carried out in a room at the same time. The dust under the dust removal will fly again and some will be collected by the adjacent filter bags, which is not conducive to the filtration of gas with high dust concentration. PPC gas box pulse dust remover is carried out when the valve is closed in one room to stop filtering. The cleaned dust will settle down in the ash half without secondary flying, which is beneficial to filter the gas with high dust concentration, and the filter bag in another room can be changed without shutdown.

Working principle of PPC air box pulse dust collector:

When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first touches the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and then the air flow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the speed of the air flow slows down, and the coarse dust in the gas directly flows into the ash hopper due to inertia. It plays the role of pre-dust collection. The air flow into the ash hopper then turns upward and passes through the filter bag dust with metal skeleton inside and is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the cleaning room at the upper part of the filter bag room, and is collected at the air outlet and discharged in order to complete the purpose of dust removal.


PPC air box pulse dust remover is divided into four series according to the number of bags: 32 bags/room, 64 bags/room, 96 bags/room and 128 bags/room. Each series is divided into multiple specifications according to the number of rooms, a total of 33 types. Its structure consists of the following parts:

1. Ash hopper and ash discharging mechanism: there are ash hopper and screw conveyor, air conveying chute and rigid impeller discharger (ash discharging valve) are set according to different series and different dust concentration.

2. Air inlet and outlet box body: including air inlet and outlet pipe and middle baffle. The single-row (or single-row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double-row (or double-row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell: the 32 series has no box, and the inlet and outlet air pipes are respectively connected to the ash hopper and the cleaning room.

3. Pulse ash cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, lift valve cylinder and solenoid valve.

4. Compressed air pipeline and pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist separator, etc.

5. Pillar, vertical cage ladder and handrail.

6. Shell part: including cleaning room (or gas purification box, chamber), filter room, compartment partition, access door and shell structure. The cleaning room is equipped with a lifting valve and a flower board, and a short injection pipe: the filter and its framework are installed in the filter room.
