Grinding Ball mill ma application:
Ball mill machine  is the key equipment for grinding the material after being crushed Ball mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal dressings, and glass ceramics. The ball mill is suitable for grinding various ores and other materials and is widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries.
The ball mill can process barite, coal slime, potassium feldspar, tungsten carbide, copper ore, slag, hematite, white ash, gold ore, aluminum powder, high alumina porcelain, iron powder, fluorite ore, aluminum powder paste, Steel slag, quartz sand, sulfuric acid slag, barite, clinker, bauxite, ceramsite sand, etc. dozens or even hundreds of ores.

Grinding ball mill working principle:

The electro motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the reduction gears and the peripheral rack wheel reducer transmission, or the low speed synchronous motor directly drives the cylinder to rotate through the peripheral rack wheel reducer transmission.

 Inside the cylinder, there are proper ore grinding media-steel rod. Under the eccentric force and frictional force, the ore grinding media are lifted to a certain height and fall down in the state of dropping.

 The materials to be ground continuously go into the cylinder from the ore feeding mouth and are crushed by the moving grinding media, and then are discharged by the overflow and the force of continuous feeding to go to the next procedure.

 

Grinding ball mill features:

Cylinder takes overall annealing process, eliminating welding stress and prevent deformation. 

Flanges on both ends of the cylinder adopt large CNC lathes and special processing technology which fully guarantee concentricity.

 The hollow axis adopts the cast steel;
