1.Introduction of High rate ore mining thickener machine :

 High rate ore mining thickener in tailing is suitable for removing the water in the ore concentrate and the tailings in the ore beneficiation plant and it can concentrate the ore pulp from 20-30% to about 40-70%.

2.Working principle of High rate  ore mining thickener machine :
The high efficiency concentrator is not only a type of pure sedimentation equipment, but also a new type of dewatering equipment with the characteristic of mud settling filter.
The high efficiency coal concentrator is mainly composed of the circular concentration tank and the rake scraping machine. The pulp particles hang in the concentration tank and gradually subside under the gravity action. So the upper part of the concentration tank turns into pure water,and makes the solid and the liquid separate. And the mud which deposits on the bottom of the concentration tank will continuously scrape set to the throat in the center of the concentration tank bottom by the rake scraping machine. The clarified water will slop over along the top edge of the concentration tank.

 The high efficiency concentrator is mainly composed of round concentration basin and rake scraper.

The solid particles hanging in the ore pulp of the concentration basin fall under the gravity and the upper part will be clear water, so that the solid particles will be separated from the liquid.

The slurry deposited on the bottom of the concentration basin is continuously scrapped by the rake scraper to central discharging port of the bottom of the basin and discharged, and the clear water will overflow along the upper edge of the concentration basin.
